
Fundamentals - Lifecycle of Research & Grants Administration
The Office for Research - Sponsored Programs Academy for Continuing Education (SPACE) provides an overview of the life cycle of sponsored programs with a focus on pre- and post-award administration at Rutgers University. Participants will learn the regulatory and policy underpinnings that govern sponsored programs and understand Rutgers processes and the roles and responsibilities of those involved. Upon completion participants will learn the basics of proposal submission and award management.

Earning Criteria
Required
Participants must complete 11 modules. One Prerequisite (101), three core (110-130), and seven supplemental (200-250).
This assessment is a combination of multiple choice and true/false questions, is open notes, and will require a passing score of 70%.
Maximum participation required.
Participants must be employed by Rutgers University.
